Selected artworks will be displayed on LUK, Inc. social media. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submissions must include completed consent forms, with a caretaker, to be posted. To download LUK&#8217;s consent form, click <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/prevention.luk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2023\/01\/Blank-Filable-Consent-for-Media-Usage-Form.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here.<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>LUK Prevention maintains the right to determine which works of art are appropriate for this contest.
